Arbitration shall be conducted before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree that arbitration shall be the exclusive remedy for resolving disputes, expect that the Firm may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property or confidentiality violations.
Class action waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Jury trail waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trail for disputes arising under these Terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oliva Gibbs PLLC regarding use of the Site.
