Biography

Stephen Little specializes in working with oil and gas operators across major shale formations in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania. His practice includes preparing original, supplemental, and division order title opinions, as well as advising on energy M&A and joint venture transactions, including drafting key agreements, advising on drilling prospects, and conducting due diligence.

Stephen also has experience serving as a court-appointed liquidator and receiver, managing mineral assets in numerous Oklahoma and Texas counties. He has a diverse legal background and is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Originally from Georgia, Stephen relocated to San Antonio after completing law school. He now resides there with his wife and three children. In his free time, Stephen enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf. He is also active in the Texas Cavaliers, a charitable organization benefitting the children of San Antonio.
