Janette Uribe

Biography

Janette Uribe specializes in upstream oil and gas title opinions and real property transactions, with a focus on addressing complex title issues for companies operating throughout the Appalachian Basin. Her responsibilities include preparing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and other essential contracts.

Before attending law school, Janette gained valuable experience as a lease analyst, where she managed and maintained oil and gas leases and facilitated asset acquisitions. A Texas native, she is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University.

Outside of work, Janette enjoys trying new restaurants, practicing yoga, and cooking.
