Ezra Johnson

Biography

Ezra Johnson represents clients in connection with upstream energy transactions, mineral titles, pooling issues, lease analysis, joint operating agreements, surface use issues and accommodation, and title curative matters. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law and is licensed to practice law in Texas, New York, and the Court of Federal Claims. Ezra’s primary focus is on Texas. He was previously a member of the State Bar of Texas’ Pattern Jury Charge Committee on Oil and Gas and assisted with the publication of the first pattern jury charges for energy law issues in Texas.

Ezra also teaches legal procedure as an adjunct profession of law at St. Mary’s University.
