Doni Carder

Biography

Doni Carder is a Texas attorney and land professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. She’s worked across multiple basins, led land teams, supported major transactions, and enjoys bridging the practical side of land work with legal and commercial issues.

Outside the office, Doni is a big sports fan (Gig ‘Em Aggies, Texans, and Astros!). She loves spending time with family and friends, planning the next trip and traveling, and enjoys singing with the Houston Symphony Chorus. At home, life revolves around her 15-year-old son, Rhett, and her five dogs (four Jack Russells and a Lab). She’s always happy to chat about anything around the energy world, a hidden travel gem, or the best theater productions.
