Biography

As a Client Development Manager, Busch Thoma leverages his operational expertise to understand client needs and develop lasting partnerships in the energy sector.

He has more than 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, previously working as a landman across acquisition and development, upstream, field development, and midstream operations within publicly traded and private companies. Throughout his career, Busch has specialized in navigating complex land and mineral rights transactions and understands the challenges of running multi-rig development programs.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.
