Andrew Good

Biography

Andrew Good represents companies in the oil and gas industry in both litigation and arbitration, guiding clients through every state of dispute resolution — from risk management to trial. He also advises clients on compliance and regulatory matters and regularly handles proceedings before administrative agencies and governmental bodies, including the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Ohio Department of Commerce.

Beyond his energy practice, Andrew has extensive experience in commercial and business litigation. His work spans breach of contract and lease disputes, construction claims, non-compete and non-solicitation matters, trade secret protection, business torts, and real property-related cases. He is OSHA certified in Construction Safety and Health and has drafted and reviewed numerous construction contracts.

With over a decade and a half of experience, Andrew has managed hundreds of cases involving claim investigations, motion practice, and depositions. He has successfully tried cases to verdict, arbitrated complex disputes, argued appeals, and resolved challenging matters through mediation. By combining his deep legal knowledge with a practical understanding of industry and state specific issues, Andrew delivers effective, results-oriented strategies. He works collaboratively with clients, emphasizing their unique goals to efficiently assess risk and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outside of his legal practice, Andrew remains active in both his profession and his community. He serves as Commissioner for the Ohio Oil and Gas Land Management Commission and as a trustee for the Ohio Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. A former collegiate placekicker for West Virginia University and The Ohio State University, Andrew credits his years on the football field with shaping the discipline, focus, and teamwork that continue to guide his approach to serving clients and his community today.
