Oliva Gibbs Advises Silver Hill Energy Partners III, LP On Haynesville Acquisition

Oliva Gibbs advised client Silver Hill Energy Partners III, LP in connection with the purchase of Haynesville assets from Pine Wave Energy Partners, LLC. The sale included approximately 12,500 net acres and 100 million cubic feet per day of net production with 18 miles of gathering pipeline in East Texas and Northwest Louisiana. The deal further expands Silver Hill’s development inventory in the region. The Oliva Gibbs team assisted in negotiating certain aspects of the purchase and sale agreement, performed due diligence, prepared defect notices and valuations, and managed post-closing curative for the leasehold acquisition.
