Pamela Sicke

Biography

Pamela Sicke has over 30 years of progressive leadership and diverse legal experience. As Director of Administration at Oliva Gibbs, she oversees daily operations across multiple office locations, including firm expansions, practice management, vendor relations, and process optimization. Pam also coordinates with human resources and finance.

Pam attended Lamar University and achieved dual certifications in advanced paralegal studies for e-discovery and real estate. She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, National Association of Legal Assistants, and Houston Chapter of Women’s Energy Network. She is committed to professional and personal growth through executive coaching.

Pam is respected for her collaborative and authentic leadership style. Her focus is on supporting and serving the needs of our clients, the firm, and her team.

Pam is a certified yoga instructor and enjoys leisure time with family.
