Rohit Raghavan

Biography

Rohit Raghavan conducts complex legal analysis for oil and gas companies in anticipation of their financing, drilling, and production efforts. He has extensive experience in mineral exploration and production issues within the Williston, Uinta, and Permian Basins.

Rohit has represented hard mineral clients in litigated disputes and mining claim issues, counseled others through federal investigations regarding BLM regulations, and guided dedicated litigation counsel in trial and settlement strategies.

Rohit has represented large and mid-sized corporate and municipal clients; resolved disputes through settlement conferences, arbitration, and trial to a jury verdict; negotiated and drafted large bid procurement contracts and legislation; and practiced in areas such as insurance, local government, employment, tort, real estate, bankruptcy, commercial contracts, and consumer fraud.
