Biography

Brian Gratton has over 16 years of experience preparing title opinions and related operation agreements in the upstream energy sector. He is an experienced and creative problem-solver, specializing in complex oil and gas titles and assisting clients in the development of oil and gas assets throughout Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and North Dakota. Brian’s practice includes contract drafting and negotiations, title examination, joint operating agreements, areas of mutual interest agreements, mergers, curative matters, due diligence, and surface operation-related matters.

Brian also handles various commercial and residential real estate transactions, and assists in estate planning, including drafting of wills and trusts.
