Biography

Frank Larson is a seasoned attorney with over 12 years of oil and gas title experience across Louisiana and Texas. He brings a diverse set of skills to the firm, having managed numerous due diligence projects in the Haynesville, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basin fields during his time as a landman.

Frank has experience negotiating surface agreements and oil and gas leases, as well as reviewing and drafting contracts such as farmouts, joint development agreements, and joint operating agreements. His knowledge also includes analyzing HBP titles involving intricate leasehold ownership interests.

Outside work, Frank enjoys traveling abroad, hiking, and cooking with his wife.
