Candice Barnard

Biography

Candice Barnard’s practice focuses on advising operators and non-operators in all phases of exploration and production with a focus on land title issues. With a strong background in Permian Basin assets, Candice has years of experience in original and supplemental acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions in both Texas and New Mexico. She has extensive experience in preparing title opinions, negotiating and drafting contracts, drafting curative documents, and performing due diligence.

Her practice also includes assisting individual landowners with conveyances, easements, leases, and other related contracts affecting their real property.
