Jay Kerrigan

Biography

Jay Kerrigan is an Oklahoma oil and gas title attorney with more than 12 years of experience advising operators, mineral buyers, and private equity-backed E&Ps throughout the Anadarko Basin. His work focuses on complex title examination and real property due diligence. He has rendered and reviewed hundreds of drilling title opinions, division order title opinions, supplemental opinions, and acquisition opinions across a wide range of fee, state, and federal lands. Jay also assists clients with Oklahoma probate and estate administration matters closely tied to mineral and leasehold ownership.

Outside the office, Jay’s life centers around his daughter, June. He enjoys creative pursuits such as drawing, fashion, and exploring music with an obsessive level of enthusiasm.
