Based in Houston, Josh leads Oliva Gibbs’ Midcon/Permian oil and gas practice. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has been instrumental in leading a team of attorneys who perform complex title examinations and providing upstream counsel for the firm’s clients operating in the Bakken and Permian Basin. Josh also helps lead the firm’s summer clerk program and is an active mentor for a number of junior attorneys across offices.
