We advise clients concerning the applicable agency or agencies that have oversight, the timing associated with submitting filings, public notice and comment periods, and the time frame required for agency action.
We also advise clients on the applicable state and federal laws, rules and regulations that have an impact on oil and gas operations. We work closely with clients in the preparation of necessary permit applications and requests for securing the required authorizations for exploration, production, interest pooling, and other matters.
We represent clients before agencies charged with implementing such laws, rules and regulations, and represent clients in responding to agency inquiries.
