Oliva Gibbs is pleased to announce that Molly Pela has joined the firm as a litigation partner in Houston. Molly’s practice spans a range of areas, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, construction and design disputes, and industrial accident claims. She has a talent for developing case themes early, often leading to successful negotiations for her clients and minimizing the need for lengthy and costly trials.
