Charles E. Lundeen
Chuck has extensive experience as an oil and gas attorney, general counsel and executive land and legal manager. Chuck has advised public and private oil and gas companies on many types of transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures development and the preparation of due diligence, purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, curative documentation, farmout agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, and other land-related instruments. He has deep experience across several geographic regions, particularly Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Louisiana. He is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas.
As a Certified Professional Landman with extensive experience as an in-house executive manager, his experience spans all land-related operations, including management of capital expenditures, review and negotiation of contracts and agreements, supervision of landmen, outside attorneys and brokers in the field.
